BIT BBS process

The BIT BBS© process is a top down, bottom up process that creates a dynamic reciprocal relationship between leaders and employees with the intention to encourage and support employees to optimise SHEQ performance in a meaningful way. To do so, leaders at all levels must lead by example (Visible Felt Leadership). In other words, leaders engage in the BBS© process with the intention to establish emotional connectedness (bonding) between them and employees.

The process is implemented in an integrative manner at all levels and applies the best practice principles of behaviourism and group dynamics. The purpose is to create soon certain and meaningful positive SHEQ consequences, that over time, will eliminate the negative soon, certain and meaningful consequences that motivate at-risk behaviours.
