At Risk Behavious
The term at-risk behaviour comprises a specific behaviour which, if performed by any employee at any level, puts the well-being of employees, their families, the company, the environment, relationships and production at-risk.
The fact is that at-risk behaviours are accidents, injuries, losses, and relationship problems in the making. It therefore makes sense to eliminate at-risk behaviours before they result in accidents, injuries, losses, and relationship problems (Heinrich, Bird, Geller, and Krause).
Therefore, the primary focus of the BIT BBS© process is to eliminate, up-stream at-risk behaviours from all the levels of the organization
