Internal Vacancy Notification - IRCA Middle East & North Africa Region


IRCA Group, international pioneers in the field of Safety, Health, Environment, Risk and Quality (SHERQ) Management Services require dynamic, hands-on individuals for key management positions to continue our organic expansion. You will be able to demonstrate a vision for the future and lead from the front. We are looking to fill up the following vacancies currently available and are based in the Middle East and North Africa Region.

SALES MANAGER, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

You should have a minimum of 10-12years experience in Sales of Services related to Engineering Industry with specific experience in SHERQ. Should have proven and verifiable track record of achieving revenue targets and securing anchor clients. You will be responsible for selling of Training courses and conferences, especially those which draws delegates from engineering, infrastructure, Govt. and energy sectors. Capability to develop customer specific courses highly appreciated.

The Role:

       • Selling of SHERQ services and complete solutions- Planning, Identifying target customers, making sales pitches,
          securing business (new business and repeat businesses).

       • Developing business development and sales strategy and actively executing the same.

       • Securing company registration/vendor listing with major corporations, as required.

       • Creating and developing new markets and securing anchor clients for the company for sustainable business.

       • Ensure company is invited and participates in tenders across industry sectors.

       • Collecting market intelligence on market trends, new projects, competitor activities etc

       • Submit Sales Reports and presentations to the management.

       • Develop revenue forecast for training on rolling and annual basis.

       • Preparation of proposals, submission and follow up.

       • Feeds information and participate in cross sectors tenders/ proposal preparation.

       • Provide feedbacks to Marketing team based on market perception.

       • Support road shows conferences, events and similar forums across region as described in the business plan
          (both short term and long term).

The Candidate:

       • Bilingual (English & Arabic)

       • Of Degree level education preferably in engineering or science. Qualification in Management education will be advantageous.

       • Should have ability to use market intelligence in deciding pricing strategy to deliver bid success rates. Will advise
          technical management team to estimate costs and resources for the training programs.
